WHO WE SERVE
- Need consistent in-home care, not occasional visits
- Prefer private-pay arrangements
- Want reliable caregivers and predictable schedules
- Value quality, communication, and continuity of care
OUR CARE MODEL
At Senior Avenue, we focus on structured care plans rather than fragmented visits.
This model allows us to:
- Assign consistent caregivers
- Reduce scheduling disruptions
- Provide better quality care
- Maintain dependable service for families
If your needs are occasional or once-weekly, we may not be the best fit — and we’re always happy to help guide you elsewhere.
Our minimum care schedule begins at:
- 20+ hours per week
- 4–6 hours per day
- Weekly or bi-weekly billing
OUR SERVICES
Senior Avenue provides non-medical in-home care, including:
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Companionship and engagement
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility and fall-prevention support
- Transportation and errands
All services are delivered within a consistent weekly care plan to ensure continuity and quality.
BILLING & PAYMENT
To support reliable care and fair compensation for our caregivers, Senior Avenue operates on the following billing structure:
- Private-pay clients are billed weekly or bi-weekly
- Monthly billing is not offered
- Payment is due according to the agreed billing schedule
- Rates are based on hours, level of care, and scheduling consistency
This approach allows us to maintain dependable caregivers, cover rising operational costs, and continue delivering quality care.
VETERANS & BENEFIT PROGRAMS
We proudly support veterans and surviving spouses who qualify for benefit programs.
Please note:
- Benefit programs may have longer processing and payment timelines
- Private-pay arrangements may be required initially
- We balance benefit-based cases with private-pay clients to maintain service quality
We are happy to discuss whether this option is right for your situation.
